Cindy WeaselBear is an experienced Talent Manager at Bernalillo County since May 2019, overseeing a wide range of talent-related functions including recruiting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement. Notably, Cindy developed the Foundational Learning Alliance for Maintaining Employment (FLAME) program aimed at assisting individuals seeking a second chance. Additionally, Cindy founded a training initiative titled "Talk To Cindy," dedicated to supporting individuals pursuing life changes. Cindy's previous roles include Contracts and Staff Services Analyst II at Shasta County HHSA, and Director of Education at both Shasta Builders Exchange Community Fund and Associated Builders & Contractors, where responsibilities encompassed program design, workforce development, and mentorship. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
