Philipp Hillebrand

Philipp Hillebrand is an experienced professional in the fields of urban planning and transportation. Currently serving as Bereichsleiter and Abteilungsleiter at BERNARD Gruppe since November 2016, Philipp has contributed significantly to the organization's success. Prior to this role, Philipp was a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at RWTH Aachen University from March 2015 to October 2016, and a Research Fellow at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy from February 2008 to December 2014. Philipp began the career as a Student Assistant at PTV Group in 2007. Philipp holds a Diplom in Raumplanung from Technische Universität Dortmund, obtained in 2009.
