Previously, from 1980 to 2002, Berndt held the position of Regional Managing Partner at Clifton Gunderson LLP, overseeing multiple offices and staff while implementing growth strategies for entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses. Bruce D. Berndt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 1975 and 1979.
