Kiana Minch

Kiana Minch is an Assistant Product Developer at Berne Apparel since May 2023 and a Volleyball Coach for the High School team at Lakewood Park Baptist Church & Lakewood Park Christian School since June 2024. Previously, Kiana served as a Product Development Intern at Vera Bradley from January 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included creating and updating BOMs, evaluating development samples, managing sample statuses, generating weekly reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Kiana is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Purdue University Fort Wayne, set to graduate in May 2025, after earning an Academic Honors Diploma from Carroll High School in 2022.
