Jens Korving

Jens Korving has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and business intelligence. Jens started their career as an intern at Royal Dirkzwager, where they focused on optimizing ship movements. Later, they worked as a researcher and developer in the same company. After that, they joined b.telligent as a Business Intelligence Consultant and worked there for three years. In 2015, they moved to b.telligent Schweiz, where they continued to work as a Business Intelligence Consultant for two more years. In 2017, Jens joined Berner Kantonalbank AG as a Data Scientist and eventually became the Head of Customer Intelligence in January 2019.

Jens Korving completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Mathematics and Informatics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2005-2008. Jens then pursued a Master of Science degree in the same field at VU Amsterdam from 2008-2011. In terms of additional certifications, Jens obtained the SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 in 2014, the SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 in 2015, and the SAS Statistical Business Analysis Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling certification from SAS Global Certification in 2017. Jens also obtained the SCRUM Master certification, but the institution and specific year are not provided.
