Roman Gubser

Roman Gubser has extensive experience in legal counsel and management roles, currently serving as Legal Counsel, MDI at Aargauische Kantonalbank since October 2012, providing support in legal matters and representing the bank in various legal affairs. In addition, Roman holds a position as Legal Counsel at 3A Schreinerei AG since March 2023 and has served as a member of the Verwaltungsrat at Neue Aargauer Bank from May 2011 to September 2012. Prior positions include Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at SwissLegal & EVU Partners and various legal roles at Neue Aargauer Bank. Roman's academic credentials include an Executive MBA in General Management from Universität St.Gallen (HSG) (2023 - 2025) and a lic. iur. (MLaw) in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Basel.
