Operating Partner at Bernhard Capital Partners

Patrick Hallahan is an Operating Partner of Bernhard Capital. He is involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities. Prior to joining Bernhard Capital, Patrick was the principal and founder of Greystone Partners LLC, a firm he founded in 2013. In this capacity, he has advised companies including those in the financial, technology, real estate and infrastructure sectors. He has provided business development and corporate strategy and utilized his wide ranging contacts in state and local governments. He helped forge one of the largest real estate transactions in New York City when the Sony Building was sold in 2016.

Patrick worked for Chopper Trading as Advisor to the CEO and Vice President for Special Projects from 2009 until the firms sale to DRW Holdings in 2015. In this role, he provided the CEO with strategic advice on a range of issues including the ultimate sale of the company and regulatory matters. He also served as President of the firm's sister company, working with the technology team to construct and operate a high speed network connecting the major exchanges in the New York, Chicago and Washington, DC areas.

Patrick is a 2004 graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
