Frank Ferramosca

Frank Ferramosca, CPA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Frank most recently held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Bernhard since September 2021. Prior to that, Frank worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, starting as an Investment Banking Analyst in February 2015 and progressing to become an Investment Banking Associate in July 2017. Frank then served as an Investment Banking Vice President from January 2021 until September 2021. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Frank worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at BNP Paribas from August 2014 to February 2015. Frank began their career at KPMG, where they worked as a Senior Associate from August 2012 to August 2014.

Frank Ferramosca, CPA graduated from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications. Frank became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in August 2012 through the AICPA. Frank also acquired several other certifications in the financial industry, including the Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent, Series 52 - Licensed Municipal Securities Representative, and Series 7 - General Securities Representative through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Furthermore, they completed additional training in financial modeling, corporate valuation, advanced sensitivity analysis, DCF, merger consequences, and leveraged buyouts through Training The Street in March 2015.
