Beth Miller

Beth Miller has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Beth began their career in 1998 as the Owner/Consultant of PC Works, where they provided hardware and software installation, network setup and configuration, security, and software and web design services. In 2005, they joined SAFT as a Systems Administrator, responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining servers and computer systems. Beth also managed the IT help desk and maintained active directory, exchange, and Microsoft SQL accounts. In 2012, they were promoted to IT Manager at SAFT, where they communicated job expectations, enforced systems and procedures, and supported strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Since 2019, Beth has been working at Bernhardt Furniture Co as the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager. In this role, they lead the IT Team, improves standard operating procedures, maintains the enterprise infrastructure, and ensures the security and availability of systems. Beth is also responsible for budget recommendations, performance reviews, and system/network asset management.

Beth Miller earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from Gardner-Webb University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Caldwell Community College from 1995 to 1998 and obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Information Technology.

Additionally, Beth Miller holds a Proofpoint Certified Phishing Specialist certification from Proofpoint, which they obtained in January 2023.
