Steve Pilgrim

Steve Pilgrim is an experienced executive in the furniture industry, currently serving as President of the Residential Division at Bernhardt Furniture Co since September 2006, following roles as Senior VP Sales and VP Sales in the same division. Previously, Steve held the position of President at Bauhaus USA Inc from 2002 to 2006 and served as VP Sales & Marketing at Sam Moore Furniture Industries from 1996 to 2002. Additional experience includes a tenure as Director of Sales and Marketing at Gerry Baby Products from 1989 to 1996 and as Western Region Sales Manager at Evenflo Juvenile Furniture Company from 1987 to 1989. Steve holds a BS in Economics from The University of Southern Mississippi and has pursued additional education in various leadership and conflict management programs.
