Sam A. Mannino

Sam A. Mannino, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Bernheim Forest and Arboretum since March 2023, Sam oversees all HR activities for a non-profit organization with over 70 employees. Prior roles include Senior Director of Career Services and Alumni Affairs at Sullivan University, where Sam led initiatives in professional development for students and alumni, and Director of Career Services, managing daily operations. Earlier experience at Greater Louisville Inc. involved managerial positions focusing on education and workforce needs. Educational qualifications include two Master's Degrees in Management and Human Resource Leadership, both earned summa cum laude from Sullivan University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, Sam is a graduate of the Ignite Louisville program at the Leadership Louisville Center.
