Grace Gorman

Grace Gorman serves as the Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Transactions Manager at Bernstein Shur since May 2023. With extensive experience at Samuels & Associates spanning over a decade, Grace has held the role of Senior Paralegal and previously as a Paralegal. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various legal documents related to commercial real estate, managing lease administration and corporate compliance, and overseeing due diligence for real estate transactions. Grace is skilled in advising multiple departments on legal matters, training junior staff, and has a solid educational background with a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Rhode Island.
