Caitlin Bayse

Caitlin Bayse has cultivated a robust career in legal support, currently serving as Practice Support Lead II at BAL since July 2017, with previous roles including Practice Support Lead I, Senior Paralegal I, and various paralegal positions. Prior to BAL, Caitlin worked at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy as an Assistant Paralegal, where skills in drafting petitions for various visa categories were developed. Early experience includes customer service at Starbucks and roles as a consular office assistant intern at the Consulate General of Ireland, as well as tutoring positions in English and French. Caitlin holds a Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Paralegal Studies from De Anza College and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Indo-European Linguistics from Leiden University.
