Michael Liao Miguel is a Senior Associate at BAL since October 2018, previously serving as an Associate. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Marina Serebryanaya, where responsibilities involved preparing and managing a variety of visa petitions and enhancing Labor Certification practices.
