Michael Liao Miguel

Michael Liao Miguel is a Senior Associate at BAL since October 2018, previously serving as an Associate. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Marina Serebryanaya, where responsibilities involved preparing and managing a variety of visa petitions and enhancing Labor Certification practices. Earlier roles include a Law Clerk position at Minami Tamaki, conducting legal research and drafting motions, and a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Jon S. Tigar, focusing on legal research and drafting judicial orders. Additional experience encompasses law clerk roles focused on immigration and housing law, as well as teaching U.S. History and Government at the Academy of Our Lady of Guam. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Pepperdine University.
