Patrick Gallagher

Patrick Gallagher is an experienced professional in leadership development and employee engagement, currently serving as Director at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP since October 2021. Prior to this role, Patrick held significant positions at Fragomen, including Senior Director of Worldwide Learning & Development, where responsibilities included overseeing training protocols and global training events, and serving as HR Director, US Lead, addressing various strategic HR functions. Patrick also worked as a leadership consultant for Fortune 500 companies and held the position of VP of Human Resources at the Financial Times, managing comprehensive HR functions. Additional HR experience was gained at several organizations, optimizing recruiting and employee benefits. Patrick began a career in direct care for individuals with disabilities and holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University.
