Johnny Roberts is the managing director of brands at Berry Bros. & Rudd. Johnny previously served as the country manager for Corona in China, holding full accountability for sales, P&L and Corona business development nationally across China markets for the world's fourth largest brewing company based on revenue. During their time at Anheuser-Busch, Johnny created product marketing tools/merchandise and created promotional events. Johnny also managed advertising and promotional budgets, setting investment levels on a per case basis. Johnny has a proven track record in developing budgets and writing business plans during the planning cycle. Johnny also has experience ordering product from Mexico and overseeing the logistics/import processes. In addition, Johnny has maintained a working relationship with brand owner Groupo Modelo; coordinating on brand owner related matters that included planning, budgeting, and distribution facilitation. Johnny has effectively invested an A&P spend of $2 million. Johnny has also worked very closely with the Mexican partners.

Johnny Roberts has a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and A Levels from Rossall School.

They are on a team with Kevin Hanley - Operations & IT Director, Emily Rae - Group Finance Director, and Hannah Crabtree - Managing Director, Retail & Customer Experiences. Johnny Roberts reports to Lizzy Rudd, CEO.
