Heidi Gleason

Heidi Gleason is a seasoned professional in development and advancement, currently serving as a Senior Advancement Officer at Berry College since August 2023, where the focus is on fostering students' intellectual and moral growth. Previously, from July 2017 to August 2023, Heidi held the positions of Director of Development and Director of Annual Giving at Columbia Theological Seminary, dedicated to nurturing effective leaders for the Church and the world. Experience also includes roles as Annual Fund Manager and Annual Fund Coordinator at LifeLine Animal Project from September 2014 to July 2017, and Senior Manager of Donor Relations and Stewardship, as well as Manager of Donor Relations at Agnes Scott College from July 2011 to September 2014, overseeing donor stewardship programs and events. Currently, Heidi contributes as a Board Member for PAWS Atlanta, advocating for the bond between people and pets. Educational qualifications include a MSW in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a BS in Human Services and Psychology from Lesley University, supplemented by a certificate from The Lake Institute on Faith and Giving.
