Rufus Massey

Rufus Massey serves as a Realtor at Padgett & Company Real Estate and has held the position of Dean of Student Work Emeritus at Berry College since November 2010, playing a pivotal role in overseeing a comprehensive student work program. Prior experience includes Assistant Vice President roles at Berry College, focusing on Enterprise Development and Alumni Development, alongside a successful tenure at BellSouth in various IT leadership positions. Rufus Massey began a career in education as a teacher and assistant coach at Cedartown High School, holds a BS in Biology/Chemistry from Berry College, an M.Ed. in Higher Education and Counseling from the University of West Georgia, and a CFRM in philanthropy from Indiana University Indianapolis.
