Crystal Fletes

Crystal Fletes is a seasoned Benefits and Payroll Specialist at Berry Corporation since April 2022, with prior experience as a Benefits Specialist at Worklogic HR from April 2016 to April 2022. Crystal has a strong background in enhancing sales growth through consultative proposals and detailed explanations of various insurance products, including retirement and health plans, by interpreting employees’ core needs. Crystal also served as an Employee Benefits Assistant at Fallgatter Rhodes Insurance, where responsibilities included managing enrollment requests and demonstrating product expertise. Education was completed at UEI College in Bakersfield.
