Scott Schmidtlein

Scott Schmidtlein is an experienced operations and sales professional with a strong background in the equipment rental industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Berry Tractor since April 2021, Scott has held various leadership roles including Regional Sales Director, District Sales Manager, and General Manager at EquipmentShare from June 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, Scott was the Branch Manager at Duke Rentals from February 2016 to June 2019, and Rental Manager at Foley Equipment from February 2011 to February 2016. Scott began the career as an Electrical Apprentice with Schmidtlein between January 2002 and February 2012, demonstrating a solid foundation in both technical and management fields.
