Dhruba Dutta is currently serving as the Associate Director Pre Sales at BerryBox Benefits. Prior to this, Dhruba held the position of Business Head at ThynkBlynk, a technology company known for creating ChainTrail.com. With a background in recruitment consulting, Dhruba also worked as the Partner Talent Acquisition at SarvHR Solution Pvt Ltd and founded Myrmidon Consulting, a boutique recruitment consulting firm. Additionally, Dhruba co-founded Thunder Trails, a venture focused on providing experiences close to nature. Dhruba's career also includes experience in HR and development roles at Kanbay (I) Private Limited, Aiesec, and APEDU.com. Dhruba holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.com in Commerce from Osmania University.
