Stephanie Farley

Stephanie Farley has a diverse work experience with a strong background in human resources management. Stephanie worked as the Chief People Officer at Berry Companies, Inc. starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Human Resources Director in the same company from August 2017 to April 2019. Before joining Berry Companies, Inc., Stephanie worked at Rokiski CPA as an Accountant and HR Consultant from March 2015 to September 2017. During their time at Rokiski CPA, they provided full charge accounting services for multiple clients and consulted on various human resource functions. Stephanie also has experience in education, having worked as an educator in the Catholic Diocese of Wichita from August 2008 to August 2015. In this role, they taught accounting and business applications, and also served as the Admin for school-wide programs. Prior to their teaching career, Stephanie held leadership positions at Maximus Fitness and Wellness and Connex Intl. At Maximus Fitness and Wellness, they served as the Regional Director of Operations from January 2007 to July 2008, overseeing multiple fitness facilities. At Connex Intl, they were the General Manager of Kansas Operations from January 2005 to January 2007, responsible for directing daily operations and managing a team of employees.
