Davide Guglielmi possesses extensive experience in quality control and assurance within the food production sector. Currently serving as Controllo Qualità at Bertagni 1882 since February 2019, Davide previously held roles at Forno d'Oro s.r.l where responsibilities included supplier evaluations, production checks, and compliance management. Prior to that, Davide worked as a Laboratory Technician at Affinity Petcare, focusing on the analysis of incoming maize for mycotoxins. Early career experiences include a traineeship at CSQA Certificazioni srl, laboratory technician roles at Ivalda spa, and a brief internship at Lattebusche, complemented by academic qualifications in Food Safety from Università degli Studi di Padova and a scientific high school diploma.
