Elena Tuveri has extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the food industry, currently serving as Quality Control Manager at Bertagni 1882 since June 2015. Prior to this role, Elena worked at Azienda Dolciaria A. Loison as Addetta al Controllo Qualità from February 2014 to June 2015, and completed an internship in quality control at Cucine centrali di scuole materne ed asili nido del Comune di Vicenza in 2011. Elena's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Safety Management from CSQA - Scuola di Management Agroalimentare in 2019 and a degree in Food Hygiene and Safety from Università degli Studi di Padova, earned between 2007 and 2013. Early education was completed at Liceo Scientifico "G. B. Quadri" in Vicenza from 2002 to 2007.
