Joakim Smedsrud

Joakim Smedsrud is an experienced marketing and communication professional with a Master's degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Oslo. Currently, Joakim serves as the Marketing Automation Manager at Bertel O. Steen AS since May 2018, while also holding the position of Koordinator digital kundedialog at NorgesGruppen since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing campaigns and customer dialogue for Trumf partners. Prior experience includes a role as Utgavesjef at VG - Verdens Gang AS, overseeing digital content and publication, and earlier positions as Redaksjonsassistent, focusing on news monitoring and producing content for newspapers.
