Mia Orlandella currently serves as a Strategy Analyst in the Tech & Data division at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Mia was a Creative Management Associate as part of the Bertelsmann Future Leaders Program from October 2023 to November 2024, and engaged in various strategic roles within the program, including Global Strategy and AI Strategy & Implementation at Penguin Random House and BMG respectively.
