Alex Richardson

Alex Richardson is a Partner and Head of the IT & Digital Leadership Practice at Berwick Partners, an Odgers Berndtson company, where tenure began in August 2011. Previously, Alex served as Associate Partner and Principal Consultant within the same practice, focusing on executive search for Digital and IT leadership roles as well as senior functional IT specialists. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Consultant at Hudson from September 2001 to August 2011, specializing in IT recruitment across various levels in the Midlands and North of England, and as a Consultant at Apex Computer Recruitment from 1998 to 2001, providing contract IT recruitment services throughout the UK. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Northumbria University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
