Sarah Foster

Sarah Foster has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Sarah started as an Associate Consultant at Berwick Partners in 2008, where they worked in various practices and recruited for a wide range of organizations. With a focus on finance and general management appointments, as well as senior HR positions, they gained experience in all management functions. In 2013, they became the Head of Operations at Berwick Partners, responsible for developing infrastructure, processes, and systems. Sarah continued to progress within the company and became an Associate Partner & Head of Operations in 2018. Most recently, Sarah is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson and Head of Operations for Berwick Partners, where they contribute to the strategic direction of the business and oversees all operational matters. In addition, Sarah joined Berwick Talent Solutions in 2017 as the Head of Operations, where they are responsible for quality, process, and ensuring high standards in project delivery. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership and a focus on excellence in operations management.

Sarah Foster attended De Montfort University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a BA Hons 2:1 degree in Politics.
