Emily Gonzalez

Emily Gonzalez has extensive experience in educational and community-focused roles, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Berwyn North School District 98 since January 2020. As a curator and installation artist for Chicanx Digital Archiving, Emily has actively engaged in documenting Chican(o/a/x) history, promoting accessibility and collaboration within the community. Through A Conscious Health, Emily has developed a multimedia website aimed at enhancing awareness of health issues among underrepresented communities. Previous roles include serving as a Curatorial Intern at the Sigal Museum, co-founding RISE, an independent feminist zine, and working as a creative fellow and mentor in various programs. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video and Photographic Arts and Women's and Gender Studies from Lafayette College.
