Karen Slater

Karen Slater has over two decades of teaching experience, currently serving as a teacher at Berwyn North School District 98 since August 2001. Prior to this role, Karen worked as an elementary education teacher at Saint Joseph School from August 2000 to June 2001 and as a kindergarten teacher at the same institution from August 1992 to June 2000. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Governors State University, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Valparaiso University, earned from 1987 to 1991.
