Paul Hirst

Paul Hirst is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Group MD Inspection and COO at BES Group since December 2016, Paul leads the British Engineering Services Inspection Business, focusing on P&L accountability, service delivery, and managing nationwide engineering teams. Prior to this, Paul held several leadership positions at RSA from 2003 to 2016, including Director Regions, UK Commercial, where responsibilities included overseeing the underwriting business and enhancing broker relationships, and Director of RSA Motability, focusing on a large-scale motor portfolio. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Durham University and a degree in Organisational Studies & Industrial Relations from Lancaster University.
