Nathan Barton

Nathan Barton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in programme management and change consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Programmes and Change at BESA Group since March 2022, Nathan previously held the role of Change Support Manager. Nathan is also the Director of N J Barton Consulting Ltd since November 2015. Prior experience includes positions such as Contract Business Analyst and Project Manager at Welplan Ltd, and Analyst and Programme and Change Manager at thebigword, where Nathan led a team of Business Analysts. Nathan's earlier roles include Technology Manager and Interpreting Software Team Lead at thebigword, and Technical Analyst at MidlandHR. Nathan began their career as an IT Projects Administrator at Lincolnshire Cooperative Ltd. Nathan holds a 2:1 BSc (hons) in Computing Systems Analysis and Design from Leeds Beckett University.
