Rafael Coaguila Cornejo

Rafael Coaguila Cornejo is an experienced professional in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM), currently serving as a Docente Expositor at Sencico, teaching a course on Planning and BIM Control in Construction since May 2024. Rafael holds the position of Jefe BIM at Besco Perú, responsible for national and international projects with a focus on BIM/VDC, and has developed management processes and tools for updating BIM strategies. As a BIM Analyst, Rafael led the integration of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Power BI for project monitoring. Additionally, Rafael serves as a Teaching Assistant at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and has previously worked as a BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator at ADLC Consultores and as a BIM Coordinator at PHI Consultora y Constructora. Rafael's educational background includes a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a specialized diploma in Project Management for Public and Private Investment from the Instituto Peruano de Asuntos Públicos.
