Currently serving as Director of Brand Development & Strategic Initiatives for The Shed Restaurant and its associated brands, Melissa has played a pivotal role in opening new locations and leading marketing, PR, and social media efforts. Additionally, Melissa holds directorial positions at The Farm Italy, Besito Mexican Restaurants, Tunneyvision, and Ballo Italian Restaurant, where responsibilities include managing brand identity, customer experience strategies, and marketing communications. Previous experience includes significant roles at Posterscope USA and CBS Outdoor, where Melissa achieved recognition as Marketing MVP in 2008. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Communications from Farmingdale State College.
