Roeland Brouwer

Roeland Brouwer is a seasoned professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as Projectleider Installaties Uitvoering at BESIX NL since February 2022. Prior to this role, Roeland held various positions at Arcadis from October 2005 to February 2022, including Projectmanager for the Ismailia Road Tunnel, which involved managing a dual-tube TBM-driven tunnel project in Egypt, and serving as Lead Engineer for both the Stations- en Tunnelinstallaties Elektrotechniek and overall design leadership for the NoordZuidlijn project. Roeland's earlier roles at Arcadis also included extensive work as a Lead Engineer for Power and Lighting design in international container terminals. Roeland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
