Willem Mauser

Willem Mauser is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel for BESIX in the Netherlands since July 2014. With a focus on integrating law, people, technology, and business through all phases of a project, Willem leads the contract management team, acting as the essential link between the management team, the General Counsel of BESIX Group, and contract managers involved in tenders and projects. Prior to this role, Willem developed expertise as a Junior Contract Manager at Van Hattum en Blankevoort, where skills in contract negotiation and stakeholder collaboration were honed. Willem holds multiple degrees in Civil Law, Construction Management and Engineering, and Civil Engineering from esteemed universities, including Leiden University and Eindhoven University of Technology.
