Gerd Casteleyn

Gerd Casteleyn has extensive experience in the field of plant and equipment management, currently serving as the Director of the Plant and Equipment Department at BESIX since March 2013, after holding the position of Deputy Director. Previously, Gerd Casteleyn worked at Jan De Nul as Deputy Manager of the Technical Department for Civil Construction and Environmental Projects from 2008 to 2013. Gerd Casteleyn also served as Plant Manager for the Consortium Grupo Unidos por el Canal (GUPC SA) and has held various management roles, including Production Manager at Hanson and Project Manager at Jan De Nul and JM Jacops NV. Gerd Casteleyn holds a Master's degree in Electromechanics from Ghent University and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from VLEKHO Business School.
