Koen van Lerberghe

Koen Van Lerberghe is a seasoned Project Director at BESIX with over a decade of experience, currently leading the design and construction of a major sewage sludge treatment plant for Aquafin in Ghent, set to become one of Europe's largest facilities. Previous roles include Project Manager for various significant projects, such as the land-based salmon farming tanks in Ostend and the new headquarters for the Antwerp Police District. Earlier in the career at BESIX, Koen served as a Project Engineer, contributing to the weatherproof enclosure of traction workshops in Melle. Prior experience includes project management at Christiaens Bouwonderneming. Koen is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Vlerick Business School, building on a strong academic background with a Master and Bachelor of Engineering from Ghent University.
