Max Convent

Max Convent has extensive experience in plant management and logistics within the construction industry, currently serving as the Plant - Site Installation & Logistic Manager at BESIX since October 2016, overseeing equipment management, site installations, and logistics in Ivory Coast. Previously, Convent held roles as Plant & MEP Manager for the Mé water treatment station project and as Plant Manager in Central Africa. Earlier experience includes positions as Plant Engineer at BESIX Middle East and BESIX in Brussels, as well as a researcher at AGC focused on innovative glass coating technologies. Convent holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electromechanics from ECAM in Brussels and a Diplôme d'études supérieures in Mathematics and Sciences from Institut Saint Boniface Parnasse.
