Pieter-Jan van Steenkiste

Pieter-Jan Van Steenkiste currently serves as the Director of Public & Corporate Affairs at BESIX, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Pieter-Jan was an Economic Specialist at the U.S. Department of State from May 2019 to June 2022. Pieter-Jan has also held significant roles including Substitute Member of the Board of Directors at Credendo, Advisor to the Minister of Finance for the Belgian Federal Government, Alternate Member of the Board of Directors at the European Investment Bank, and Consultant at Moriset & Co. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in European Economic Integration and Business from the College of Europe and a Master in International Management & Diplomacy from the University of Antwerp. Additionally, Pieter-Jan spent a year at Uppsala University.
