Werner Vits

Werner Vits is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil infrastructure and project management. Currently serving as Head of Civil International & Marine at BESIX since January 2006, Werner Vits is responsible for design management on Design & Build projects. Prior to this role, Werner Vits held positions at Technum-Tractebel Engineering from April 1995 to December 2005, including Project Manager for large civil engineering building projects and Project Engineer. Early career experience includes a role as werfleider at Vanhout nv from 1994 to 1995. Werner Vits holds a degree in Civil Engineering from KU-Leuven and completed secondary education at H Drievuldigheidscollege with a focus on Greek and sciences.
