Krista Shearer

Krista Shearer is an accomplished architecture professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Currently, Krista serves as the Managing Director at Bespoke Careers since November 2009, demonstrating significant expertise in talent management and career development. Prior to this, Krista was the Head of Worldwide at Bespoke Career Management from March 2007 to July 2009. Earlier career highlights include working as a Graduate of Architecture at Anshen + Allen from March 2006 to March 2007, and serving as an Assistant Architect at both Graham Murray Architects from February 2003 to December 2005 and Beverley Garlick Architects from January 2001 to February 2002. Krista holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Sydney, where studies were completed between January 1998 and March 2003.
