Paula Stam

Paula Stam has a diverse background in health and social care, currently serving as a Complex Health and LDA support provider at Bespoke Health & Social Care since June 2020. Previous roles include Lead PA and Care Coordinator at The Rowan Organisation from November 2019 to April 2020, and Senior Care Practitioner at The Cambian Group from March 2015 to August 2019. Paula began a career in care as a Residential Support Worker at Bryn Melyn Care Limited between December 2011 and January 2015 and has worked as a Senior Childcare Practitioner at SENAD Tregynon Hall School from September 2007 to August 2011, overseeing shift management and staff supervision. Education includes a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from the International Business and Management Centre, completed between 1996 and 1999.
