Adelaide Maffey

Adelaide is a Vice President in the Leadership Advisory Practice. In this role, she focuses on pre-investment organizational due diligence, talent assessment and development, and human capital management for private equity-backed companies. Before transitioning to the Leadership Advisory team, she spent her first three years with Bespoke as the Director of Operations on the internal team. Prior to joining Bespoke, Adelaide worked as a program management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, and she spent a year as an AmeriCorps member teaching peacebuilding and conflict resolution strategies to inner-city elementary school students.

Adelaide graduated with honors from the University of San Diego with a B.A. in History, and two minors in Leadership Studies and Peace & Justice Studies. Her favorite things to do in her free time are travel, practice yoga, attend concerts, and enjoy the San Diego sunshine.
