Chad Kidwell

Chad Kidwell currently serves as the VP of FP&A at Bespoke Partners, a leading executive recruiting and leadership advisory firm for software and SaaS companies in the United States, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Chad was the Director of FP&A at AEVEX Aerospace from January 2018 to April 2023. Chad's earlier experience includes positions such as Project Control Analyst at Dorado Financial Corporation and various financial leadership roles, including VP of Finance and Chief Operating Officer at Omni San Diego Hotel. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from National University and an Associate in Arts in Business Administration and Management from San Diego Community College District.
