Emel Terzioglu

Emel Terzioglu is a seasoned professional in executive search, currently serving as Senior Principal at Bespoke Partners since October 2025. With a focus on the private equity sector, Bespoke Partners has successfully recruited over 1,400 executives who have driven significant value, including more than 425 acquisitions totaling over $145 billion. Prior to this role, Emel held positions at PierceGray as Senior Associate and Associate from May 2022 to October 2025, where emphasis was placed on matching clients with effective leaders through executive search and team-building services. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources & Office Coordinator and interning in Human Resources at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Emel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources from John Carroll University, earned in May 2021.
