Alex Canter

Alex Canter is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry and early-stage ventures. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Maggie's Refuel, Alex is dedicated to innovating gas station experiences. As a 4th-Generation member of Canter's Deli, a family-run establishment since 1931, Alex continues to uphold the legacy of the business. Engagements include being a Partner at Twenty40 Ventures, an early-stage investment fund, as well as holding advisory roles at Fika Ventures and several other ventures focused on enhancing the restaurant and hospitality sectors. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
