Joseph Kesisoglou has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joseph is currently working at bespot. as a Product Manager and Product & Service Designer. Prior to that, they worked at Bit as a Research Lead, where they were responsible for creating the vision, innovation strategy, and business cases. Joseph also conducted market and user research and presented the final strategy to stakeholders.

Joseph has also worked at Rode Kruis Nederland as a Graduate Strategic Designer, focusing on climate resilience and adaptation strategies. At Technische Universiteit Delft, they served as a Student Assistant and Podcast Producer for the Design Theory and Methodology course. Joseph also worked at Transavia as a Service Designer, addressing challenges in the aircraft maintenance capability.

Joseph's experience also includes working at Ericsson as a Strategic Designer and Intrapreneur, driving innovation projects. Joseph has worked as a Marketing Designer for Mamma Dough and as a Freelance Digital Designer and Media Producer, collaborating with various clients on design projects. In addition, they have worked as a Production Coordinator and Location Manager at Caminante in the fashion advertising industry.

Joseph has also contributed as a Media Designer & Digital Activator and Guest Lecturer at the Disruptive Media Learning Lab. Overall, they have a strong background in design, innovation, research, and project management.

Joseph Kesisoglou's education history begins in 2003 when they attended The American College of Greece for high school, where they studied technology, physics, geography, sociology, arts, and sports. Joseph obtained their high school diploma from there in 2009. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in Communications Engineering at Coventry University.

In 2011, Joseph enrolled in Coventry University again, this time for a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Photography. Joseph completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. Moving forward, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Delft University of Technology for a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Product Design.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained various certifications. In July 2003, they acquired the DELF A1 certification from L' Institut français de Grèce. Joseph also holds several Adobe Certified Associate certifications, including Video Communication Using Adobe Premiere Pro (December 2013), Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop (May 2013), and Web Communication Using Adobe Dreamweaver (December 2012). Furthermore, they participated in a workshop called "Photographing The Past" with Simon Norfolk at the International Summer School of Photography in August 2014.

Joseph has also engaged in hands-on workshops and courses. In May 2017, they attended the "UX/UI Design Methodology Hands-on Workshop" offered by Ε.Δ.Ω. (EDO). Additionally, in December 2018, they completed the "Thinking in Services: Encoding and Expressing Strategy through Design" course delivered by Majid Iqbal. Finally, in July 2020, they successfully finished the 8-week "Systems Practice" course offered by The Omidyar Group through Acumen Academy.
