Lotta Niland

Lotta Niland is the current Head of Project Development Housing at Besqab. Lotta has held this position since January 2014. Prior to that, they were the Regionchef at Besqab Projekt och Fastigheter from February 2008 to January 2014. Her work there involved developing projects for housing construction. Before that, they were the Affärschef at the same company from February 2005 to February 2008. In this role, they oversaw project development for new housing construction. Prior to that, they were a Projektledare at BESQAB PROJEKT OCH FASTIGHETER AB from October 2003 to February 2005. In this role, they oversaw new housing construction projects as well as renovations. Before that, they were a Projekteringsledare at JM AB from February 2001 to October 2003, where they oversaw project design for new housing construction. Before that, they were an Uppdragsledare at Ramböll Sverige AB from March 1994 to February 2001.

Lotta Niland has a Master of Science in Civilengineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a school in Sweden. Lotta also attended IFL and Norra real, two other schools in Sweden.

Lotta Niland reports to Carola Lavén, CEO & Board Member. They are on a team with Johan Westring - Affärsutveckling Exploatering, Sofia Ljungdahl - Stabschef, and Magnus Ekström - CFO.
