Marcus Randolph possesses extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Care Specialist at Anthem, Inc. since April 2017 and at Besse Medical as a Customer CARE Specialist since August 2015. In these roles, Marcus is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction, providing prompt access to expertise for community physician practices. Previous positions include a Customer Service Representative at Time Warner Cable, where responsibilities included troubleshooting billing and service issues, and a Customer Service Specialist at Avaya, focusing on technical support and product education. Marcus earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Norwood and has a background in basic skills education from two different high schools.
